This is where lifestyle & farming combine: where production, natural wonders collide.

Here you can safely run your cattle in ease….as this rich flood plain country also has a unique (flood-free) sandy ridge that adjoins Hat Head National Park.

This rich land can easily run and fatten 60 breeders and calves – although is much better suited to grow out big bullocks. There’s a wonderful mixture of higher Kikuyu/Clover levels and lower Couch and Buffalo patches….so whether dry or wet, there’s always something to graze. And if we ever do get a flood…you’ll be one of the lucky one’s…just go open the gate and go back to bed!

All up there’s 5 paddocks, a great set of stock yards with all-weather access, town water & natural spring water gravity fed to several troughs. And this block has the beautiful shelter/shade belts of trees.

You can access the block from both sides: Fairweathers Lane or McKays Access. Perfect.

And you can have some fun – camping here amidst the Paperbarks and minutes away from the pristine coastal waters of Hat Head until you build your new home will be memories you take with you forever.

Yes, you can build a home here (subject to Council approval of course)…so pick your spot and enjoy. Power runs through the National Park’ end of the block or located near the front gate at the Fairweathers Lane end.

This is a very fair price….one you really can’t argue! Call me anytime/any day to arrange a look!
