I have been looking for a spacious, modern villa with three big bedrooms, ensuite, double garage and low maintenance courtyard forever. And here it is! Immaculately presented, quiet street surrounded by quality homes, great location close to town and beaches and nothing to do. I can just move in, relax and enjoy. Well, I better get cracking before somebody else beats me to it. I doubt this villa will last long enough to put the sign up.
