Tuncurry Plaza Shopping Centre is situated in the heart of Tuncurry with access to Manning, Parkes and Lake Streets. The total land area is 4790 square metres.

The Plaza was constructed in two stages – the first being in 1982, which consisted of an arcade with BI-LO Supermarket (then Shoeys) being the main tenant at the rear. This complimented an existing family restaurant and two residential units.
In 1996 additional land was purchased next door and further premises were built to accommodate a larger supermarket & an extra eight shops.
The plaza has enjoyed high occupancy over recent years. There is a total of 20 shops and parking for 115 cars.
