What is a Coming Soon?

When Castle Property advertise a listing as “Coming Soon” it generally means that it has just been listed and you are among the first shoppers in the marketplace to be exposed to the property.
The vendors may not have officially set a price range for the property at this point as they may request to get additional feedback from the market before doing so. The majority of the time they are gaining more feedback from the market to confirm they are being realistic with their price range to improve the chance of a quick sale when they go to the full Public Media Launch.

What is the price range?

Your Castle Property agent will in general be capable of providing you with a rough price range for the property throughout the Coming Soon stage of and will always inform you on the official price range once it is ready to be launched.

Can I buy a property during the Coming Soon stage?

Definitely! Actually, up to 10% of Castle Propertys listings sell at this stage, often to the exclusive members of our client list. To get the best chance of locking in a property before it makes it to the full Media Launch, it is recommended to offer towards the upper end of the pricing guide you have generally been given.
