Starting in 1895, and with production trebling in just five years, the Byron Bay Butter Factory was the biggest in the Southern Hemisphere. Architects were inspired to combine the classic harmony of the original historic structure with the most effective, and environmentally aware, twenty first century materials and meticulous construction.
