Starseed Gardens is an expanding project on a 60 acre rural property with mountain, rainforest and ocean views, just 3.5km from Byron Bay town centre. It backs onto the last remnant of coastal rainforest with intact wildlife and waterfalls, looking out onto the iconic view of the lighthouse and sacred sites of Nutengulli (Julian rocks) and Wollumbin (Mt Warning) to the east.
Starseed Gardens aims to become a Botanical green school that will showcase the ‘best practice organic systems’, traditional and novel, that have been developed worldwide, to maintain resilient community in harmony with All. We have already begun and have a large food forest, bamboo groves, a nursery, chinese tea house and we are home to the Hemp farm. We teach ‘alternative’ gardening without chemical inputs covering everything from biochar production and beekeeping to building with bamboo and deep ecology. We are now looking to expand these courses into a phytocultural education facility which will teach the importance of plants and how to cultivate them for food, medicine, fuel, building, fibre and beauty as well as producing clean air and water as a byproduct.

We are now raising finance to expand this vision and we are seeking expressions of interest to share equity in Starseed Gardens in order to raise finance for growth. Part of the real estate that our venture is based on is up for sale and the finance we raise will go toward purchase of this land, and growth of our business model. We are seeking aud$ 2.4 million for 60% of share. Investors in this venture can expect a diverse financial return from rental, lease, franchise, business opportunity, data and media sale, produce from the land and value added produce. Income earning potential from rent, franchise and food production combined with this beautiful old farm make this a golden opportunity.
