Pacific Vista Villa is home to open views of the ocean across the horizon to Broken Head, hinterland views of Coopers Shoot, St Helena and a glimpse of Julian Rocks and the Bay.

One of only two villas, which has been recreated as a queenslander style home with 10 inch (250mm) wide floor boards of Crows Ash and Jarrah timbers recycled from Teneriffe Wharf in the Brisbane River. 

The villa has a large master bedroom upstairs with high ceiling, walk in robe and en-suite while downstairs has two rooms which share the main bathroom.

The kitchen has a large breakfast bar, gas cooking and views to the ocean whilst a freestanding wood fire place warms the living room in winter.

Lap sash windows made with red cedar hardwood frame the views while VJ timber walls and ceilings are highlighted with chandeliers and pendant lights.

National Park with wallabies at the back and a level grassed yard at the front.
