The owners chose this seaside village on the Far North Coast for their retirement. It is small and friendly with local shops and a new Woolworths within 200 yards. The excellent surfing beach is 300 yards away. You can walk and fish for miles or use the cycle tracks to Kingscliff. It is 23 kms to the start of the Gold Coast at Coolangatta and only 25 minutes to the airport.
