The villa is reached by driving down a country lane through subtropical rainforest pockets and is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac . The villa and pool have panoramic views to Byron, the sea and the lighthouse, it also affords stunning views to the mountains with glorious sunrises and sunsets.
This five star villa has a southern Mediterranean design and feel. The kitchen is a gourmet cooks delight; light
and airy, with granite tops, modern country in feel, large pantry, generous lightwell over the benchtops with European appliances and all the usual mod cons and more. There is a large informal kitchen eating area and very comfortable in kitchen lounge area. There is a large marble floored pool house with it’s own ensuite and fantastic views to Cape Byron. The large 6 burner stainless steel bbq is situated close to the pool for casual entertaining and informal dining. There is a large Mediterranean style terrace, with a variety of sitting and eating areas where you can take in some great views of Byron for a truly alfresco dining experience.
The lower ground level holds the two offices/bedrooms. The whole floor is air conditioned and contains the beautiful and rustic brick lined underground wine cellar for up to 1000 bottles. It also contains a large storage strong room, a large tool gardening room, a kitchenette and a large two car garage. There is a car park and plenty of parking space around the house.
