Situated approx’13 klms from Yamba and 10 klms from Maclean, this unique waterfront property has many special features.
The property consists of 12 acres, 4 acres of which is known as “Adonis Island”, separated from Harwood Island by a tidal mangrove area, but which has absolute deep water frontage to the main Clarence river on one side. The remaining 8 acres is of rich alluvial soil and presently being used as cane land. There is a tar road frontage between the 2 parts and very good access to both portions.
The water front has been rocked in areas to prevent erosion and it is in this position you could erect a jetty (subject to approval), for those who have boating in mind. From this riverfront position you can sail or motorboat to the river mouth.
At present “Adonis Island” is under cane which will be removed by Xmas ’07 – the vendor then intends to grass the island and place a large mound, for building purposes, close to the river to take advantage of the magnificent views both up and down the river.
This mound will be of approx’ 3000sq’m’ with room for septic facilities, and of course to keep it well above any flood. The access road to the island will also be upgraded to ensure access at all times. There is power on the island.

We thoroughly recommend viewing of this beautiful place.
