2. Buyer inspects property.
3. If interested, buyer asks for a contract of sale (usually first page only) to look at.
4. Buyer arranges a pest and building inspection.
5. Or, buyer might want to make an offer (by email) before then on condition that pest and building inspection is in good order.
6. Seller may accept offer or suggest a counter-offer.
7. Buyer and seller negotiate a price until an agreement is made.
8. Then buyer and seller swap solicitor/ conveyancer details.
9. From then on, conveyancing is dealt with by solicitor/conveyancer until settlement.
