This is a very liveable home. Downstairs are three good sized bedrooms, main with large walk-in robe and ensuite plus an ample main bathroom for family and friends. There is also a downstairs rumpus room for the kids and wine cellar for mum and dad with under-stair storage.

Upstairs is a large open plan area incorporating good size kitchen with walk-in pantry and lounge and dining areas. There is also a good size study, powder room and laundry large enough to be used for ironing and as a sewing room.

This very substantial house of 300 M has plenty of deck areas, both enclosed for winter and open for summer where you are able to entertaining family and friends while taking in the spectacular views. Not forgetting the three car garage which provides sufficient room for the cars and the mans shed.

The gardens, which are mainly native, are easy to keep tidy with only minimum of maintenance required in the off growing season. A watering system is established for use during non-restricted times.

Just imagine walking back from the beach on a hot summers day, using the outdoor shower and then relaxing on the deck overlooking with an icy cold drink or cup of tea, taking in the Saturday afternoon yacht racing on the sparkling Batemans Bay.

We have enjoyed our past eight years living the idyllic holiday existence in Long Beach but due to family commitments need to move on.
