I walked to the beach from this unit and counted the steps, it was 160 steps (and I have short fat legs). You can’t get any closer without sitting in a beach front. North facing, 2 bdm, spacious unit with large courtyard area with carport, lock up storeroom in a complex of 3,,,,and the price CRAZY! There is a catch though, someone needs to finish off the reno. Started by the owner, all the really hard work is done, but she’s walking away. Handy man needed, there is gold at the end of this rainbow!
