Cambewarra Estate Vineyard has approximately 12 acres of vines combining 4 varieties of Chambourcin, Chardonnay, Verdelho and Cabernet Sauvignon, all of which are drip irrigated using dam water located on the property. Incorporating a 130 year old homestead, plus an additional 4 bedroom home, 2 guest cottages, tennis court, dam (with its own private island and bridge).
Facilities include a function centre for weddings and events seating inside 75-100,with outdoor space for 150+ more persons, a 4 bedroom main residence, a 3 bedroom guest home adjacent to the lake ( currently leased ) and equipment sheds. The equipment includes harvesters and crushers, tractors and all equipment needed to maintain a quality property.
There are also cellar door facilities catering for the passing trade drawing from the visitors to Arthur Boyd’s Bundanon
For the last 14 years Cambewarra has been run as a lifestyle business. Cambewarra has an average production of 30-35 tonnes, yielding 2000-2500 cases of award winning wines, some of which have been served in many of Sydney’s top restaurants including Rockpool, Level 41, Est, Peter Doyle’s at Watsons Bay and Bathers at Balmoral.
