Craig and Shannon fell in love with their gently sloping block of land (796.7sqm) because it gave them an outlook across Burrill Lake to Pigeon House mountain in the distance.

Their intention was to build their dream home and raise their kids (pictured) in such a peaceful and scenic area.

Plans were drafted and approved by Council, but, unfortunate circumstances have prevented Craig and Shannan from taking the next step. As a family they are most disappointed……their loss can now be your gain.
