This extremely well maintained and presented cottage was built in 1953 and purportedly the first house built within the Bawley Point/Kioloa locale after the original homestead ‘Murramarang House.’ The home’s first owner by the name of Evans worked at the old farm and is mentioned in the archetypical reference book on the area ‘They Came to Murramarang.’ The cottage ‘Eibhlin’ (Gaelic for ‘light’) offers 3 bedrooms, large north facing deck, a separate garage and much more.
