The heritage listed “Christians Minde Retreat” is situated on the eastern coast of Australia and is bounded by the Booderee National Park, on the shores of Sussex Inlet, in Jervis Bay Territory.
The property will be sold on a vacant possession basis. ‘Christians Minde’ is a rustic style guest house, which was erected in 1896 by the Ellmoos family and is set on 11 acres of grounds in Jervis Bay Territory. A 50m stretch of water separates the Christians Minde retreat from the main town of Sussex Inlet.
Christians Minde retreat was the first guest house on the coast between Sydney and Eden. In the late 1940′s the guest house was converted into self-contained units. Today the property offers self-contained units situated on the shores of Sussex Inlet.
Accommodation provides for 5 units (guest houses) and a residence, undercover BBQ facilities, communal laundry, a common room with TV and outbuildings and a substantial jetty.
