18m x 12m two bay shed with large mezzanine office area and 12m x 6m studio with amenities.There is also plenty of outside storage facilities.
The grounds.
2.5 acres of beautifully maintained land. An unbelievable nature walk featuring a large central Koi filled pond, different varieties of both native and exotic flora,water features and multiple statues. Also on the grounds are a massive established poultry yard and shed, expansive bird aviary, sheltered BBQ area complete with wood fired oven, orchard, pool with large concreted area and an abundance of open grass area for the kids.
