3.2 ha secluded bush site close to the mouth of the Eucumbene River where it empties into Lake Jindabyne. The river is wide and deep at this point and with 138 metres of river front to play with this zone 7 (Environmental Protection) has a DA in place to build an eco-tourism development that is ideal for someone desirous of a refreshing change of pace, or simply build the house and enjoy living in such a pristine environment.
