A 2.5 kilometre frontage to the Mowamba River makes this property the an outstanding, genuine Alpine Retreat. The land slopes gently from the River to an altitude of 1400 metres where it joins Kosciuszko National Park. This 630 acres is an almost perfect balance of Old Forest and open Alpine Gullies.
Wildlife abounds with Kangaroos, occasional brumbies, deer and wily Wombats on the upper slopes but there is still room in the open glens near the River for that small herd of cattle you have always dreamed of. There are several dams plus the River and all fences are in good order.
