I brought this great house about 5 years ago, on my first look at it I knew this was the place for me, it just felt homey and right. It is a very comfortable home with a great yard, I have loved bringing it to life with a reno-revamp!!
My lifes journey is now sending me in a different direction and although I am sad to let it go it is time to pass it onto the next lucky owner.
It is a fabulous location to live in with 2 primary schools so close, one literally just down the round!! My daughter and I both play basketball and having the new Anzac Park sporting complex a block away has been terrific. I have also been a frequent customer at the local cafes and coffee places that are in this great area.
I wish the new owner the same happiness that I have had living in this fantastic home in this lovely neighbourhood.
