The Grenabri homestead is two storey, 4 bedroom brick residence which features two spacious living area, a formal dining room, office, open plan kitchen all on the ground floor. An in-ground pool and outdoor entertaining area along with expansive lawns surround the Grenabri residence.

The Gidgewa homestead is the original residence of the property. It is four bedroom weatherboard home that has some recent refurbishment including internal painting and resurfacing of the floorboards. It is a very presentable house with a very nice lawn & garden.

Every paddock on Grenabri has water available either from a trough, dam or Canomodine Creek. 23 paddocks have access to troughs that are strategically located. There are16 troughs in total, the majority of which are Midwest Concrete circular troughs with a capacity of 1100 litres. 11 paddocks have access to the 15 dams on the property with two paddock having Canomodine Creek frontage. A very reliable spring has a small weir and pump that supplies water to both Grenabri & Ozone.
Of the four paddocks on Ozone 3 have both dam & trough access with the 4th paddock having dam water.
Hidden Valley relies on springs, soaks and water holes for stock water.

Overall Grenabri & Ozone has been cleared with only small pockets of original timber remaining. Good shade & shelter remains in every paddock. Some new treelines have been established throughout the property.
Hidden Valley is heavily timbered throughout with excellent stands of White, Yellow & Red Box throughout in addition to several varieties of Gum.

The boundary fence on Grenabri is in overall very good condition with only minimal areas requiring attention. Boundary fencing fronting on to the timbered areas has had pressure from Kangaroos but overall is in good order. Ozone boundary fencing is all in very good order. Boundary fencing on Hidden Valley varies from quite reasonable on the southern boundary to some areas that require total rebuilding.
20 25% of all the internal fencing on grenabri features at least one offset hotwire powered by 4 Solar & 1 mains electric fence energisers.
Grenabri has been sub-divided in such a way to allow intensive rotational grazing, set stocking or a combination of both. There is 33 paddocks on Grenabri, 4 on Ozone and 2 on Hidden Valley

A steel hayshed, 2 flat bottom silos, 4 strategically located round bale parks and a 150 tonne silage bunker ensures all forms of fodder can be stored on Grenabri
The 3 stand electric woolshed features undercover storage for up to 1,000 woolly sheep using the skillion machinery bay on the side of the woolshed.
The all steel cattle yards features a Warwick crush. With two coolers the yards can hold 150 head with a working capacity of 50 head and all weather access
All steel sheep yards will hold + work 1200 head. The yards are nearing a complete renovation and feature on Bugle race and adjustable loading ramp with all weather access
