The 2014 farming program consists of 300 acres barley, 300 acres wheat sown under lateral irrigation, 300 acres border check fallow, 1,700 acres of dry land cropping (50% on fallow and 50% on stubble) subject to seasonal conditions either wheat or barley will be sown.
