Kyalite Aggregation – Tomingley

The Kyalite aggregation consists of three properties in the Tomingley district that is renowned for its mixed farming ability. The country is flat to undulating of mainly red loam soils. 3177 Acres in total and 2590 acres are arable and have been cropped. Currently 920 acres are sown to Barley, 450 acres sown to Wheat and 100 acres sown to Lupins. These crops have had a good start and are given in with the sale, allowing the purchaser a good start.

In recent years strategic tree lines have been planted giving these properties a distinct outline and providing wind breaks and protection to crops and livestock.

Accommodation is provided by two 3 bedroom homes and a 3 bedroom cottage. Working improvements provide a Machinery Shed 20m x 14m with power, 2x two stand woolsheds with sheep yards, 2 x sets of steel cattle yards, 5 silos, hayshed, Grain shed/workshop and some smaller storage sheds. Fencing is mainly hingejoint in good order, providing 27 paddocks. Stock water is supplied by 27 dams. Pastures consist of Lucerne, Cocksfoot, Sub Clover, Ryegrass and Native Grasses.
