SITUATION: 15kms North-East of Weilmoringle via Job’s Gate Road, 65kms West of Goodooga, 115kms North of Brewarrina.

AREA: 6,865 Ha (16,963 acres) W.L.L

COUNTRY: Varies from Western black soil flood plain along the Culgoa River to higher saltbush country and broken flats and plains of chocolate and red loams. The property has an excellent mixture of vegetation including ‘old man saltbush’, copper burr and a great variety of salines through the flats and plains. Timber includes coolabah and gum along the Culgoa River which forms the Southern boundary with gidyea, leopard wood, brigalow and a variety of softwoods through the remainder of the country. Nebine Creek runs through the property with some cleared flats that have been irrigated in the past.

WATER: Culgoa River & Nebine Creek. An artesian bore on the property is piped to dams and troughs and provides supply to the H/S and buildings.
