The developer of the lovely Macquarie View Estate in Gipps Street Montefiores is offering a generous cash back allowance.

To keep things simple, this is a 3 point incentive plan:-

(1) Lots 3, 4, 5 & 8 have each been reduced by around $30,000.00 to $90,000.00.
(2) Cash back of $5,000.00 towards your progress payment to your builder
(3) Up to $1,500 to assist with legal expenses

If you are eligible for the first home buyers grant to build your new home this incentive is on top of the $21,000.00 and $0 stamp duty on purchase offer by the Government.
