I am sitting on 1 hectare (2 acres) and have views of Mount Arthur. I have water, phone, and power but no sewer.

People have made fun of me and said I need to be pulled down but with some very hard work, I could be brought back to my modest self.

I have 3 bedrooms, which are a reasonable size, 2 have internal entry and the third is accessible through the closed in the sunroom.

In my lounge room, I have an old school firebox to keep you warm in winter.

My kitchen is large enough for a family dining table and has plenty of room for a dreamy new design.

My bathroom has a bath and room for everything else but alas I have no toilet.

Outside I have an open garage and shed so you can keep your car there and maybe a workshop.

Down the back of my land, there is the Bushrangers Creek near which is a treasure trove of old bottles and other artifacts for the avid fossicker.

I really need someone to come and love me so call my agent and come and see what you can do.
