A home designed for a family

I’m not sure where to start with this home as it has so many features it’s hard to put them into a picture for you.

Walking through the front door into the entry you step on to a tiled area and your eye wanders to the magnificent polished floors, which are throughout the walkways and bring natural warmth to this home.

The house is almost divided into two areas, the bedroom area, and the living areas. There are four bedrooms, three of which have built in robes. The master bedroom is incredibly spacious and the walk-in dressing room is furnished with a wall of built-in robes and a large chest of draws, which would double as a dressing table, walk through this fantastic room to the ensuite which includes a shower, basin, and Toilet. The second bedroom has a built-in robe, which also includes a dressing table. Both of the front bedrooms a light and airy and have a beautiful outlook.

The main bathroom is large and has sensible storage for a growing and busy family. The bath is deep and perfect for soaking away the day’s activities and the shower recess is also a decent size. The linen press in this home provides ample storage for the needs of a family and then some.

In the second area of the house are the living areas and this provides a selection of rooms for every member of the house to occupy to its full advantage.

The formal lounge room enjoys natural gas heating and a ceiling fan for summer. The room is large and the natural light makes it light and airy without making it hot due to the positioning of the room. It opens into the formal dining room, which has the same attributes and both rooms are large enough for the family during special occasions, like Christmas celebrations.

The entertainment room has a bespoke built bar and has glass doors leading out to the screened outside entertainment area, A perfect combination for parties and celebrations.

The kitchen has been renovated and has some interesting features, like the double side by side ovens, one small and the other larger than most which sit above the cooktop for ease of access and saving your back! The cooktop has 4 burners and a warmer behind to keep your plates at the perfect temperature for service. There are plenty of cupboards and a huge pantry. The view while doing the washing up or stacking the dishwasher is the hills beyond the river, something you would never tire of. The servery leads to the breakfast/family room, yes another living area!

Doing the washing for the family has never had a better room. The laundry is large and has plenty of storage and even a bench to fold the clothes on. There is even a built-in laundry hamper.

Outside, attached to the house is a single garage with remote entry and more storage space. Along the back fence is a workshop that most men would look at with envy and if that isn’t enough it opens into a man cave complete with snooker table and dart board ready for the boys to party on State of Origin night. Off the man cave is a covered entertainment area just in case there isn’t enough room! In addition to all of that, there is a purpose built mower and gardening storage room.

The backyard has double gates leading to the rear lane enabling you to bring large vehicles like caravans off the street with ease.

All of this and across the road from the river, you need to see this home in all of its glory to understand its many features.
