ORDER PURSUANT TO SECTION 88D OF THE CONVEYANCING ACT, 1919 – 9 MAY 2007
The land being the subject of this Restriction on the Use of Land and any improvements located thereon shall not be used by any person as rental accommodation and shall not be used for any purpose other than for accommodation for the registered proprietor and his/her or their immediate family.

In the event that the land is acquired by a company in its own right or as a Trustee of a Trust, only the Directors of that company or its Principal Shareholders shall be permitted to reside on the land. A Principal Shareholder means a shareholder holding of at least 40% of the issued voting shares of that company.

The entity that can release vary or modify this Restriction is New South Wales Land and Housing Corporation, however, this Restriction shall automatically expire seven years from the date of registration and no longer apply thereafter.

The land is vested in the Aboriginal Housing Office.
