“Hazeldene” consists of 96ha (238 acres) of highly fertile black basalt soils, nearly all arable, and is situated in the tightly held Dangarsleigh area only 12km south of Armidale.

The property has been subdivided into 10 paddocks with the fencing in good condition, over 2kms is new. Pastures consist of a mixture of improved grasses and clovers as well as native species.Lucerne has also been sown. Fertiliser has been applied for 20 of the last 30 years.
The property is watered by 3 dams and reticulated bore water to the paddocks.
