48kms North of Warialda via Yetman Rd, 8kms North of Coolatai

COUNTRY:
Ranges from rich black alluvial flats along Ottley Creek which forms part of the western boundary to gently sloping country with low grazing hills and some timbered areas. Soils away from the creek flats consist of lighter red
loam to some areas of a more sandy type. Timber consists of river gums, grey box, broad-leaf iron bark, myall, wilga, with wattle, pine and a variety of scrub trees.
