Soils and Topography:
The country is all mainly level black and brown self mulching clay soils. The soil quality does appear fairly consistent over most of the property with some higher ridges through.
The original timber was mainly coolibah with some belah and box on the ridges.
Land Classification: Approximately 730 ha are developed for cultivation.
The remainder comprises grazing land being open to parts heavier timber.

Stock water is also supplied naturally from access to the Barwon River, Boomi River and the Boomangera Creek. There are also 4 stock dams.
Fencing: The property is fully fenced being generally in fair to good order. Some has been renewed.
Structural Improvements:
The property is structurally improved with a main homestead, shearing shed, shed, cottage, stables with yards and steel cattle yards.
