SITUATION: 24kms South-East of North Star via Blue Nobby Road. Approx. 100kms from Moree and Goondiwindi.

AREA: 809.1 Ha (2000 acres)

COUNTRY: Generally sloping to undulating with several low grazing hills. Soils vary from mostly black basalt to soft chocolate loam with some lighter country on the slopes. Timber consists of brigalow, belah, myall, kurrajong & wilga with areas of softwood scrub. Approx. 385 Ha (950 acres) have been cultivated with approx. 345 Ha at present being farmed.
