Location The property adjoins the village of Woolbrook, 26km. west of Walcha.
Country: Undulating grey loam granite with an excellent super history. Cleared except for shade timber and recently planted tree lines off native trees. 80% is arable and clover and rye have been under-sown in the current oats crop.
Fencing: External fences are all in good order and are mainly netting and barb. The internal fences are mostly new ringlock and barb. There are 24 main paddocks plus holding paddocks.
