Corridella Aggregation is the integration of four all adjoining properties set in the heart of the Riverina’s grain growing belt. The Corridella Aggregation is located 15 kilometres north of Beckom, 80 kilometres north west of Temora, 120 kilometres north of Wagga Wagga and 100 kilometres east of Griffith.
The Corridella Aggregation comprises four properties, known as Corridella, Braeside, Allendale Park and Langley Park that are all adjoining and fenced to the individual property boundaries. Both Corridella and Braeside have frontage to a sealed road leading to Beckom and the Newell Highway.
Secondary roads either surround or intersect the properties creating a laneway effect for quick access as well as machinery and livestock movements.
Area
The land is all freehold. The property will be offered as a whole, and if not sold then in the following non-contingent lots. The areas may be ideal to create a syndicate to compete as a whole or to apportion land into different entities i.e. superannuation, family member names etc.
Property descriptions
Corridella comprises 560.4 hectares or 1384 acres, which is approximately 95% arable. The fencing is generally in good order and divides the property into 10 main paddocks.
Corridella has a majority of excellent open soft red loam cropping country. The Kildary creek country is ideal for continuous cropping and also carries superb stands of lucerne. Approximately 1200 acres was sown to crops in 2010. Native timber is Murray Pine and Grey Box, in addition there are several recently established tree lines including along the Kildary Creek water course that runs north-south through the property. There are approximately seven dams on Corridella. Water is pumped from the dam at the woolshed via a pressure pump back to the house. The internal fencing is hinge joint and barb on steel in good condition, and there is a laneway leading to the sheep yards and shearing shed from the southern boundary, connecting to Braeside.
The homestead on Corridella is brick, includes two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen with walk in pantry, electric wall oven and cook top. The home has reverse cycle air conditioning; additionally the kitchen living area has a slow combustion wood heater for winter comfort. Verandah’s surround the home on the north, east and western sides, and a double car garage is adjacent to the western verandah. The homestead is set in an established garden with an above-ground swimming pool and superb views over the property.

Braeside comprises 520 hectares or 1285 acres on four freehold titles, of which approximately 85% is arable. Braeside once again has good Kildary creek open red loam farming country to the east of the house and sheds. The holding is fenced into eight main paddocks and in 2010, approximately 1050 acres were cropped. There are numerous dams enhanced with water catchment contours. The quiet roadway on the western boundary links to Corridella to the north and Allandale Park to the south. Braeside’s home is brick veneer and includes two bedrooms, kitchen and living room, bathroom and laundry. There is a slow combustion wood heater for heating. Adjacent to the house is a timber framed single car garage. Shedding comprises a three bay steel machinery shed that has a connected rainwater tank. Allendale Park is a holding of 500.5 hectares or 1237 acres set on two freehold titles and is fenced into five paddocks. Allendale Park has an estimated arable percentage of 55%. The arable land is of red loam with small gravel throughout; the cropping program in 2010 covered an estimated 500 acres. There are some areas of non-arable open grazing country offering quite reasonable grazing value, with the balance being native timber. Water for stock is supplied by several good dams filled via water courses and contour banks.
Allendale Park has a basic two storey hardiplank home with three bedrooms all with built in robes, a bathroom and a kitchen l
