Kindra Falls is located 10km north of Coolamon on the sealed Ardlethan Road and 50km north of the regional hub of Wagga Wagga.

The holding comprises 358.3 hectares or 885.4 acres and is on one freehold title.

Kindra Falls comprises flat to gently undlating red brown loam soils that are rated as 90% arable and timbered with pine and gum.
