“Geraldine” comprises 485.6ha (approx. 1200 acres) and is located 30km SW of Coota, 14km to Jugiong and Hume Highway, all sealed roads, and adjoins “Brideey”, a property of some 41.02ha (approx. 101.3 acres).

The property has an air-conditioned 20sq 3 bedroom cottage, and accommodation includes a living room, kichen/family room with walk-in pantry, dining room, laundry with toilet, a bathroom with toilet, built-ins in the bedrooms and a study. The cottage is a timber framed construction and is in good order and set upon brick piers.

RAINFALL: 600mm annual average.

SOILS and SUITABILITY: Soils principally of granite origin with good pasture cover and some granite rock outcrops. Suited to grazing and some farming, “Geraldine” is currently stocked with 435 cows with calves at foot.

PASTURE and FERTILISER: A mixture of native grasses, red grass, clover and cocksfoot. An annual fertiliser program has been in place for the last 4 years.

SUBDIVISION: Subdivided into 12 paddocks, all well fenced mostly with ring lock, some netting, plain and barbed wire. Two main stock lane system service the property.
