The $80 million Viking by Crown is a 10 storey, 108 apartment block at Green Square and is due for completion by Iwan Sunito’s Crown Group in July/August.
Viking by Crown has been designed to give all apartments floor-to-ceiling glass, a wide loggia and views to the CBD and adjoining parklands.
Its coloured panel louvers (of red and yellow) are expected to create an ever-changing hue on its facade.
Inspiration for the design was drawn from the work of internationally renowned Israeli artist Yaacov Agam, founder of the post-war kinetic art movement and creator of ground-breaking sculpture, paintings and architecture – Excerpts from Property Observer Jonathan Chancellor
