This vacant block of land has fantastic river views and is just across the road from the magnificent mighty Hawkesbury River. It is around 930 square metres and has about 30 metres of street frontage with level access from the road. The lush setting is gently undulating, rising up to the steep sandstone cliffs of the national park behind. Where else can you stand on the side of the road and watch the lyrebirds pecking away just metres from you? Gunderman is only about 10 mins drive from Wisemans Ferry where you can access all the restaurants, shops, cafes, golf and bushwalking the area has to offer. Close enough to the community yet far enough to relax and unwind.
It’s worth a Sunday drive just for the dramatic scenery, so head out of Sydney along the Old Northern Road through Dural and onto Wisemans Ferry. When you cross the river, turn right towards Gosford. This block of land, No. 5582, is about 10-15 minutes drive and is located directly opposite the letterboxes for No.s 5593-5599 in “Sentry Box Estate”. It has a driveway crossing onto the land and a large boulder in front of you. When you finish, continue along Wisemans Ferry Road through Spencer, Mangrove Mountain and Peats Ridge where you can pick up some fresh fruit and veges from the roadside stalls, then back on to the F3 freeway to head home. You’ll really enjoy the day’s outing.
