Located approximately 30 minutes upstream from Brooklyn is this unique parcel of land
surrounded by National park. Access is by boat only and via the tidal creek Pumpkin Creek.
Back in the late 1800′s the land was used from farming and drawing water from the natural spring.
A basic but comfortable home was built on the site in the 70′s and remained in tact until the 1994 bush fires, since then the site has been cleared a couple of times but remains mostly overgrown today.
