A development concept plan of subdivision has been prepared by Graig and Rhodes that proposes a 15 lot development with lot sizes ranging from 700m2 – 1200m2 subject to council approval.

The site enjoys existing road frontage to Foxall Rd and Heath Rd. the site is elevated awith amazing views North over Annangrove and Kenthurst.

Services to the site have been included in the NSW Accellerated Houseing Fund and are scheduled to be available in 2014.
