The Verge is an innovative, environmentally responsible design highlighted by the use of materials such as: two-tone bricks, rendered concrete, solid masonry, aluminium panels, steel sun shading and pitched metal roofing.

Efficient use of space within the apartments has been carefully considered, such that kitchen and bedroom storage neatly blends into the design style of the living spaces. Kitchen functionality is enhanced by the inclusion of finishes such as stainless steel appliances, stone bench tops, and drawer style dishwashers.
