- Proposed 2560 sqm development site for a residential unit complex or commercial office block (or mixture of both) in the heart of Campbelltown’s CBD with a minimum height of 10 storey’s with a more likely potential of 12 or 14 stories subject to current council zoning changes.

- Based on previous 10 storey plans drawn and favourably discussed with council, the development comprised of 109 residential units, 7 commercial shops on ground floor, and a 3 storey basement car park.

- The soon to be released council zoning changes appear highly likely to allow this site to be developed to 12 stories which would increase the number of residential units in the above proposed development to 133.

-But, in more recent weeks there has been plenty of media and council discussion (copies of some articles to follow) about changing the maximum building height to 14 stories. The above proposal increased to 14 stories would increase the yield of residential units to 157.
