10 Tutus Street feels like an amazing holiday house, except we live here! On an 840 sqm flat block, you can see the sun and the ocean from everywhere.
As soon as you enter the gate, you feel safe, secure and relaxed as if you are entering your favourite holiday destination. You are greeted by a row of beautiful hedges that provides perfect shade and seclusion. The front yard provides hours of fun for the whole family with soccer, rugby, cricket and picnics- there is so much space! Once this has been exhausted, the family usually moves to the putting green. This is a big hit with all ages, which also doubles as a tennis wall, badminton, handball or basketball court.

The kitchen is open and flows smoothly to another more informal dining area and then out to yet another entertaining area before meeting the wet-edge pool. With a wall of hedges on either side of this 11 metre pool offers extreme privacy and with the sandstone deck, it never gets hot under foot. If you stop for a spot of lunch and are firing up the BBQ or in the kitchen preparing, you will always have a perfect view of the kids in the pool. This pool is one of the unique features of this house; as you lay by the pool, it feels as though there is nothing between you and the ocean and provides perfect viewing for watching the boat races or New Years fireworks. We love the North Easterly aspect. You get so much sun and light, which is why we love Sydney!
Inside, we can wander around in freedom with the l
