“ANSTER” is undoubtedly one of my favourite family homes I have had the pleasure to offer to the market in the past 15 years of working in Real Estate. A delightful and solid full brick & tile free-standing Californian Bungalow without pretence, which features three generous bedrooms, two with full length built in robes, an extra sunroom / study area and separate lounge and dining areas. Anster is warm, comfortable and cosy with a great ambience and will become the centre piece of family gatherings for years to come.
Kids running wild in the private, easy care back yard; sausages sizzling on the BBQ on the north facing deck adjoining the kitchen; a great work shop and dry storage area for all those items you packed away and failed to cull; the dog curled up sleeping in a shady spot under the tree.
Like so many houses of this classic architectural era of the 1920′s Anster retains the beautiful sculptured ceilings, lead light windows, plate rails and magnificent polished floors. Unfortunately, it is true, they don’t built houses like this anymore, with quite a bit of style and lots of space.
