Look, it may not be a a dolls house and there is certainly some work to be done, but there is two totally separate dwellings. The main one has 3 bedrooms, a very nicely renovated bathroom, some new floor tiling and a large 2nd living room. The other offers 2 bedrooms and its own fenced yard. Got to be great value.
