The possibilities are very promising when you have 1,483sqm with two street frontages. There is an existing 4 bedroom dwelling with carport and a reasonable tenant if you need one. The possible development of the property may include (subject to Council approval) a two lot subdivision building a Duplex on the vacant lot and either retain the house on the front lot or remove it and build another Duplex. My thoughts, possibly retain house on front 750sqm lot and build another behind; then build a Duplex on the rear Lot 733sqm. What do you think?
