Terry is the sole proprietor of The Terry Hansen Real Estate Group Pty Limited that trades as The St Marys and Plumpton Professionals Real Estate. Terry has been the Managing Director of this company since 1987 and has assisted thousands of people achieve their real estate dreams. He is constantly called upon by some of these many previous customers for advice and direction in a vast variety of areas over and above property related topics. He is very broadminded, diplomatic, fairly learned in the property and related industries and quite generous with his valuable time.

The St Marys and Plumpton Professionals Real Estate employs over 20 people at present and it is only with the assistance of a number of very long term hardworking team members that Terry has been able to achieve some of the great results that he has been able to achieve, which includes selling a number of multiple million dollar development sites. From one, 350 residential blocks were created. So, if you are into buying and/or selling developments large or small you should be having a chat to Terry to see if he can assist you with his 550+ strong Developer Database and his many other marketing avenues which give him access to thousands of developers and the like.

A good number of the customers we deal with come to us as referrals, friends of friends, previous customers and the like. Terry is constantly stressing to his team that a customer should always be treated as they themselves would like to be treated and with that in place, we stand a much better chance of satisfying their real estate needs.

The local boy, Terry and his lovely wife Kerry, along with their two children have lived locally all their lives and have always thought of themselves as part of your community.

Knowledge:- Further to Terrys 20 years or more as a Real Estate Sales Consultant and business Proprietor he had also worked a number of years in the banking industry and running other small business. He has also completed studies and training in a variety of areas including but not limited to:-

* Introduction to Economics with Australian Securities institute
* Interpretation & Analysis of Financial Statements with the Australian Securities institute
* Two Unit Economics (Including Micro Economics)
* Real Estate Licensing Course consisting of eighteen different subjects including:-
* Marketing * Two Levels of Law * Trusting Accounting
* Land Economics * Building Appraisal * Just to name a few

Terry makes a conscious effort to remain abreast of the constant changes that occur in our industry and the economy so that he can best lead his team of Professionals and assist customers with constructive advice and direction as the need arises.
