* Once inside the main driveway area, access to an individual house is via a front gate to the front courtyard area. The gate can be opened by a key or keypad from the outside or handle from the inside by a resident. Again an audio intercom system can be used to identify the visitor to the resident inside the house, before they open the gate.

* Each house and the common driveway is secured by a high (2m) wall and locked gates.
* The security system has audio/visual colour monitors (2 per house – kitchen and main bedroom) to identify visitors at the main pedestrian gate by camera and audio systems
* Residents can open the pedestrian gate lock remotely to selected visitors.
