We love a great townie and this one certainly is! It’s in a well located complex, outlooks onto creek/parkland, and it’s that great balance of enough space but not so much you’ll spend all weekend maintaining…or cleaning!

The two BI bedrooms upstairs are a good size (one with balcony) andthere’s a bathroom with separated toilet up there too.

Downstairs is devoted to living with a fresh kitchen (nice to have a view whilst you wash the dishes!), combined lounge and dining, second loo and laundry. Step outside and you have a covered rear courtyard…what a place to sit for a drink and take in all that greenery!

The single LU garage has internal access…easy peasy when you come home with the groceries…and no stairs to navigate either!

Just as well summer is around the corner as this complex has an in-ground pool to use. A few quick laps before work? Summer exercise program sorted!
